If you were just ambling down Calle Colon, you'd have no idea this adorable little rooftop bar was only an elevator ride away. The night we went, I'm not entirely sure whether or not we'd stumbled into a private event because there was live music and a gorgeous crowd of people of all ages dancing away who all seemed to know one another. Even if that was the case, the bar staff graciously didn't mention it and knocked up some beautiful caipirinhas for us.
